I believe all of the default presets will use foreign audio scan and burn in forced subtitles. subtitle settings are as follows: Foreign Audio Scan, Forced only (checked), Burn In (unchecked), Default (unchecked) Lang:English, Char Code:UTF-8, Offset:None, Burn in (checked), Default (unchecked) The Foreign audio scan method is a bit hit-and-miss. Regardless how many videos or subtitle tracks, Handbrake will passthru everyone in each file.
